At Terrell Arts Co, we want to ensure that your art and jewelry purchases arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please review the following shipping policy for details on shipping methods, delivery times, and related information:

1. Processing Times

  • General orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Custom Orders may require additional processing time. These times will be discussed during the commission intake process.

2. Shipping Methods

  • For General orders, we offer 2 shipping methods to accommodate your needs, including standard shipping & priority shipping.

  • Special orders (large art pieces) will vary depending on size and weight. 

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping within the United States typically takes [3-5 business days] for delivery.

  • Expedited shipping within the United States typically takes [1-3 business days] for delivery.

  • Large Art shipping will vary depending on size and weight.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship to over 50 countries!

5. Shipping Rate(s)

  • Rates are calculated based off weight and destination at check out.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

7. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays or returned shipments.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Insurance

  • Shipping insurance is available for an additional fee upon request. Please contact us at terrellartsco@gmail.com if you would like to purchase shipping insurance for your order.

  • Orders over $250 will automatically include Shipping Insurance

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be shipped due to these restrictions.

10. Shipping Delays

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order to the shipping carrier. However, please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • General orders are defined as small-medium packages which include jewelry, accessories, smaller art prints and originals. Special orders are commission pieces and large original art (18x24, 24.36, etc.)
